StretchLab is looking for an experienced General Manager with a passion for sales, people, and fitness, to oversee revenue production and operations in our brand new Abacoa, Jupiter studio.
This individual must have a background in full cycle sales in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment and will be expected to “Lead From the Front” in producing sales. This role is 80-90% Sales and 10-20% operations. The General Manager will oversee all studio operations from sales to mentoring and training, to long term business strategy. With co-founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of certified experts in– physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has close to 300 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for a global expansion.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to collaborate with your team to develop strategic plans, driving sales revenue and successfully achieving monthly studio sales goals, as well as providing exceptional customer service to every client that walks through our doors.
Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results.
Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing environment.
We want to hear from you if you have:
· A passion for fitness and a desire to assist others in their fitness/wellness goals,
· 2+ years of fitness sales experience,
· Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner,
· Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail,
· Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills,
· Excel in a fast changing, diverse environment,
· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment,
· Solid writing and grammar skills,
· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines,
· Strong attention to detail,
· Self-motivated; takes initiative to strategize, plan, communicate, and execute monthly studio sales game plan,
· Team player with the ability to lead and train sales employees,
· Strong Social Media skills,
· Ability to protect confidential information,
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and studio management software,
· High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
DUTIES
· Lead all studio operations,
· Recruit, mentor, train and oversee Sales Representatives and Flexologists,
· Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking,
· Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts,
· Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory,
· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service,
· Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures,
· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions,
· Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· This position offers a very competitive base salary; plus,
