About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing product and engineering development team. Our company specializes in enterprise-level media measurement and optimization across various industries. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data solutions to enhance performance, stability, and scalability. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and closely collaborate with stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in iterative development practices, familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, and a passion for developing both conceptual and pragmatic problemโ€‘solving skills. You are curious about using modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow and can balance AIโ€‘assisted development with rigorous testing, documentation, and review. Your attention to detail and communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to work directly with a variety of users, understand their objectives, and contribute to translating them into technical requirements and solutions. Responsibilities of a Full Stack Engineer
  • Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to the effort of identifying opportunities for automation with a focus on the operational stability of software applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with your team to support translating business goals and user requirements into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
  • Contribute to documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of robust, performant solutions that provide high customer impact at scale.
  • Provide technical assistance to teammates as needed through collaboration and by sharing your expertise.
  • Follow established software and product engineering best practices, including code quality, documentation, deployment, and testing.
  • Explore new technologies and tools under guidance to enhance software development.
  • Troubleshoot software issues with support from senior team members as needed.
  • Participate in technical knowledge sharing with other team members.
  • Stay current with emerging technology and software engineering innovations and continuously enhance skills.
  • Adhere to SDLC and DevOps best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and security across all phases of development.
  • Leverage AIโ€‘assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, internal LLM tooling) to explore solution options, generate scaffolding code, and improve development velocity while maintaining code quality and security.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant web application development experience
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Proficient in frontโ€‘end languages: HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript
  • Proficient in one or more backend languages, API frameworks, and servers
  • Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience building and deploying containerized application code
  • Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand project requirements
Preferred
  • Experience with iterative development and Agile methodologies, including familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled frameworks
  • Experience with, or a strong curiosity about, AIโ€‘assisted development tools and their practical applications

Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below. For our Full Stack Engineer positions, our compensation ranges from $75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
