Job Title: Full-Stack Digital Marketer

Compensation: 100k - 120k Annually. Dependent on Experience.

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule: On-Site Monday through Friday. 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Position Summary:

Envita is seeking a strategic and hands-on Full-Stack Digital Marketer to join our growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for a data-driven and creative marketing professional who can build and optimize leads funnels, manage paid advertising campaigns, integrate CRM systems, and create compelling content that connects with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize full-funnel digital marketing strategies from awareness to conversion.
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign performance using CPA, CTR, CVR, CPL, and lead quality metrics.
  • Integrate and manage campaigns within Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
  • Create Persuasive content for websites, landing pages, video scripts, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve automation and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously test and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience, including management of $20,000 - $50,000+ monthly advertising budgets.
  • Strong expertise in both campaign analytics and creative content development.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
  • Experience using AI tools and modern marketing technologies.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
