The Primary Functions are:
  • Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana, ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity, warmth, and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality.
  • Train, mentor, and support Front Office team members to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee the arrival and departure processes by coordinating special guest requests, maintaining and monitoring the daily arrivals and departures board, and auditing guest waivers for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with guests and team members in a professional and timely manner regarding resort amenities, services, policies, and operational updates.
  • Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge preferences to deliver personalized service.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and timely follow-through.
  • Respond to guest and internal communications across multiple channels while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Accurately manage cashiering and billing procedures.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned, providing leadership and operational support across the resort.
  • Complete all assigned daily Front Office checklists accurately and on time.
  • Support all Front Office operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Supportive Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.
  • Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.
  • Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
  • Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.
  • Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
Looking for Team Members with:
  • Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment.
  • Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Front Desk experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.
