Job description

Description of the role:

The Director of Guest Services at Hilton Mystic plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service quality. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our guest services team which includes the Front Office and Recreation teams, and willย ย assist in providing a seamless and elevated experience for all guests while also ensuring our lobby, hotel entrance, and recreation area are maintained.ย 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Office team with assistance from Assistant Front Desk Manager
  • Support the Recreation Coordinator in daily guest programming and ensuring to consistently deliver clean, comfortable experiences to all guests.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in hotel management position
  • Previous AAA Four Diamond experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
  • Ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Knowledge of Hilton PEP a plus
