About Warped Wing Brewing Company & Smokery
Our menu showcases a fusion of traditional American BBQ with a warped twist, naturally. We're not afraid to experiment, yet our menu is approachable enough to please any palate. • Collaborate with the leadership team to execute events, promotional programming, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor POS compliance, handle comps and discounts, and perform cash handling and shrink prevention audits.
  • Ensure that all taproom operations comply with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Handle any issues that may arise in the taproom, including customer complaints, staff conflicts, and operational challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to foster a positive and efficient environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Taproom Manager, FOH Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
