Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while helping shape the future of women's health? Join our team as a Urogynecology Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) and play a key role in providing specialized care for patients throughout their urogynecology journey.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide expert clinical coordination and procedural support within our Women's Health ambulatory service line, with a primary focus on urogynecology and urodynamic procedures. You'll guide patients through every step of their care experience by coordinating pre- and post-procedure care, providing education, managing communication, assisting with scheduling and prior authorizations, and ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate, and efficient care.

As our urogynecology program continues to grow, you'll help expand an innovative RN-led urodynamics clinic designed to meet increasing patient demand and support new Medicare requirements for urodynamic testing prior to bladder Botox procedures. Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic support staff, you'll help streamline workflows, improve patient access, reduce administrative burden, and enhance the overall patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate urogynecology and urodynamic procedural workflows from start to finish.

  • Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient education, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Manage patient communication, triage calls, and symptom assessment.

  • Coordinate prior authorizations and treatment planning to ensure timely care.

  • Track patient symptoms using standardized scoring tools and documentation.

  • Assist with urodynamic testing and bladder instillation procedural workflows.

  • Support the development and growth of an RN-led urodynamics clinic.

  • Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to improve efficiency, increase access to care, and optimize clinic operations.

  • Help reduce provider administrative workload through effective care coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare requirements and organizational standards related to procedural care.

What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for Missouri RN licensure.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification.

  • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by the department.

  • If the position includes radiologic responsibilities, completion of radiology certification or training through an accredited nursing program, or successful completion of department-approved radiology competency training.

If you're looking for an opportunity to combine clinical expertise, patient advocacy, and innovation in a collaborative Women's Health environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Join us and help shape the future of urogynecologic care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients every day.
