Position Summary
Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Fleet Compliance Manager to lead our US Operations and oversee all fleet regulatory compliance activities across our transportation operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state and local transportation regulations, including DOT, FMCSA,, driver qualification requirements, vehicle maintenance compliance, licensing, and safety programs.
The Fleet Compliance Manager will partner with Fleet Operations, Safety, Human Resources, and field leadership teams to establish best practices, mitigate risk, maintain audit readiness, and promote a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, Safety Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience or or 10 years work experience in a similar Fleet Compliance Manager role.
  2. Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, CDL, driver qualification, vehicle maintenance, and transportation regulations, IFTA knowledge
  3. Experience managing audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency with fleet management systems, compliance software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Experience supporting Multi state fleet Operations
  8. Ability to travel
  9. Construction, industrial services or commercial fleet experience
