Job description

oin our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that welcomes customers into our store. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with their needs, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help customers find the perfect products to enhance their firearm training and projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a lively, and busy environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and offer expert advice on firearms
  • Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammo, training, education etc
  • Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and customer payments
  • Maintain organized shelves through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure product availability and visual appeal
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing product information or directing calls appropriately
  • Use organizational skills to manage retail space

Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in customer engaging
  • Knowledge of firearms
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a nice-to-have for serving diverse customers
  • Demonstrated organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
