You will play a critical role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing equipment uptime, enhancing plant reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.WHAT YOU WILL DO Follow and promote all plant and maintenance safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and Hot Work Permit requirements.Support confined rebuilds, and special projects.Respond to and resolve equipment failures and breakdowns.Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Breakdown Failure Analysis (BDA), Cause Mapping, and other problem-solving methodologies to determine failure causes and prevent recurrence.Apply predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, ultrasound, and oil analysis.Interpret technical documentation including blueprints, electrical schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), single-line drawings, and equipment manuals.Maintain and repair facility utility systems including electrical, mechanical, steam, boiler, water heating, compressed air, gas, power distribution, and chilled water systems.Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, pumps, motors, instrumentation, carpentry, grounds maintenance, painting, and related building systems.Assist with testing, repair, and replacement of fire protection
