Independent Financial Services Firm located in the
Mishawaka, IN area is looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a professional
Financial Advisor / Financial Planner who is ready to help an already thriving company. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor / Financial Planner or similar client-facing role
- 2+ years of Financial Services experience in a professional office environment
- Current FINRA Series 7/66 or 7/65/63 Securities Licensing
- CRM Software experience (Example: Redtail, Salesforce, etc.)
- Office Software Products experience (Example: DocuSign, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Financial Services Software experience (Example: eMoney, Money Guide Pro, Advisor360, etc.)
- Video Meeting Application experience (Example: Zoom, Go-To-Meeting, Skype, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Current Life & Annuities Insurance License is a plus
- Additional FINRA Securities Licensing is a plus
- College Degree in Finance, Business or related field of study is a plus
- Current CFP or ChFC Designation is a plus
- Estate Planning and/or Tax Planning experience is a plus
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Prioritizing client needs and helping to create solutions is an important part of their culture and at the core of everything our client does. As a
Financial Advisor / Financial Planner you will:
- Initiate, track and complete client paperwork effectively
- Manage current clients, new leads and grow an assigned "book" of clients
- Update CRM / Database systems to reflect the most current communications and data
- Actively participate in pre / post client meeting support and follow-up on pending business
- Prepare financial plans, periodic planning reports and develop strategic recommendations for current and future clients
- Conduct research for client presentations regarding investment, financial and tax planning options and opportunities as needed
- Assist leadership team with plan analysis, plan design and development of a client strategy to meet client goals
- Ensure inquiries and concerns are addressed and resolved, sustaining high standards for client experience
- Provide thorough, high-quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
- Develop a knowledge of client's entire financial and family situation, while being able to structure a goal-based financial plan
- Establish trust and confidence with clients, responding to any financial issue being discussed and solutions offered
- Develop effective working relationships with all members of the firm, and vendors, ultimately providing effective, high-quality service for clients

- Ability to adhere to complex regulatory, compliance and client privacy requirements
COMPENSATION:- $100,000 - $140,000 Annually (Base Salary + Bonuses/Incentives)
