  • Support licensing deals from initial evaluation through execution, including materials preparation, deal tracking, and partner coordination.
  • Manage and maintain contract tracking systems to ensure accuracy and visibility across active licensing agreements.
  • Handle standard licensing agreements and work closely with legal and business stakeholders throughout the contracting process.
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to improve workflows, streamline operations, and create efficiencies across publishing activities.

Who You Are

  • You demonstrate strong editorial judgment and know how to identify, evaluate, and shape compelling content opportunities.
  • You balance audience needs with creative excellence and can assess both commercial potential and editorial quality.
  • You have a strong understanding of budgeting, content valuation, and P&L considerations within publishing, licensing, or content development.
  • You demonstrate ownership, accountability, and sound judgment when navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can clearly synthesize ideas and build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, contributing ideas while driving operational excellence.
  • You think holistically about the business and can connect day-to-day work to broader organizational goals.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Where You'll Be
