Nous recherchons un Designer pour se joindre à notre équipe de Montréal pour une période de 1 an (Contrat).

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Recherche de tendances, couleurs et création de moodboard
  • Créez des dessins techniques détaillés et des cads en couleur à l'aide d'Adobe Illustrator.
  • Créer des styles et des packs techniques dans PLM.
  • Aider à l'échantillonnage et à la communication quotidienne avec les fournisseurs sur l'état des échantillons.
  • Documenter toutes les informations sur les échantillons (le nombre d'échantillons reçus, où les échantillons sont expédiés, etc.)
  • Remplissage et organisation des échantillons.
  • Travail sur les commentaires du proto, approbation des tissus/laboratoires.
  • Préparation d'échantillons pour les rendez-vous acheteurs, présentation.
  • Envoi d'échantillons aux fournisseurs et aux équipes commerciales.
  • Assister l'équipe dans toutes les tches connexes.

AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS ?

  • 3+ ans experience pertinente ;
  • Diplôme en Mode;
  • Expérience en Sportswear Femme et/ou Denim Femme est un atout
  • Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office
  • Excellente connaissance d'Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop et InDesign
  • La connaissance du PLM est un atout
  • Expérience dans la création de dessins techniques
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tches à la fois et de respecter les délais;
  • Bilingue (Français/Anglais) ; l’anglais est nécessaire dans ce poste puisque la personne travaillera à tous les jours avec les usines à l'outre-mer et devra présenter des croquis et envoyer des communications et informations aux clients à l'extérieur du Québec.
  • Très motivé, créatif et enthousiaste

We are looking for an Designer to join our growing team in Montreal for a 1 year contract

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research trends, colors, and mood board creation
  • Create detailed technical drawings and color cads using Adobe Illustrator
  • Create styles and tech pack in PLM
  • Helping with sampling and daily communication with vendors on samples status
  • Document all information about the samples (the number of samples received, where the samples are ship, etc.)
  • Filling and organizing samples
  • Working on proto comments, fabric/lab dips approval
  • Preparing samples for buyer meetings, presentation
  • Sending samples to vendors and the sales teams
  • Assisting the team with any related tasks.

 

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years of pertinent experience;
  • Diploma in Fashion;
  • Ladies sportswear and/or denim is an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of PLM is an asset
  • Experience in creating technical drawings
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will work daily with overseas factories and will need to present sketches and send communications and information to clients outside of Quebec.
  • Highly motivated, Creative and Enthusiastic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners and drive towards shared success and outcomes
