Our State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable Account Manager to help support our growing team and provide excellent service to our customers.In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
  • Review existing accounts and identify opportunities to better protect customers

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Support the sale team with customer relationship management.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Comfortable using computer systems and agency software
  • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Life and Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus
