Job description

A pharmacy technician opportunity is available in a closed-door mail order setting, located in Valencia, CA. This contract role is ideal for new graduates as well as those with retail pharmacy experience looking to expand their skill set in a non-retail environment. The position offers coverage approximately three days per week, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Shift Options:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately fill and prepare medications for shipment to patients in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
  • Support pharmacy operations in a closed-door, mail order setting with attention to detail
Desired Experience/Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant training (new graduates welcome)
  • Previous pharmacy experience, including retail settings, is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
