Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Reviewing Documents from Field Team and Analytical Results from Laboratory
  • Drafting written reports based on project documents
  • Providing status updates on progress to senior team members
  • Communicating and coordinating with field team members to obtain clarification and/or project documents
  • Attend periodic team meetings

You'll thrive here if you have
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 3-5 years of report writing experience preferred
  • 1-2 year's experience with bachelor's degree considered
  • Familiar with all Microsoft applications
  • Background in Environmental Science or another science-related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel, is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Must take a pro-active approach to work and require minimal supervision once trained
  • Must commute to Woburn office location daily for in-person work Monday through Friday to start. Hybrid position will be considered once trained
  • Required to handle data entry-related tasks on a daily basis.
  • Occasional work on weekends may be required.
