Are you outgoing, organized, and looking for an entry-level opportunity where you can make a difference? We're hiring Charity Events Assistants to support nonprofit organizations through charity events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach, and mission-driven initiatives.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development to help you build valuable skills in event planning, fundraising, nonprofit marketing, volunteer coordination, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
As a Charity Events Assistant, you will:
  • Assist with charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs.
  • Support event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Welcome and assist attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create positive event experiences.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination and event communications.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
  • Work with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful events.
  • Professionally represent nonprofit partners during community outreach activities.
Qualifications
We're looking for motivated, dependable, and people-oriented candidates who are eager to learn.
Ideal candidates have:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
