Job description

Mission
Own strategic pipeline generation and executive relationship development across banks and regulated financial institutions, leveraging an existing network to create qualified enterprise opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned enterprise sales leader with an exceptional network across the banking industry.
This is not a traditional Account Executive role. We are looking for someone who has spent years selling enterprise technology into banks and already has trusted relationships with executives across Tier 1 banks, regional banks, community banks, credit unions, fintechs, and financial institutions.
You will work directly with the CEO and CRO to open doors, create opportunities, and help build one of the fastest-growing AI companies serving regulated financial institutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the banking growth strategy.
  • Leverage existing executive relationships to create qualified introductions.
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CROs, Heads of Risk, Lending, Operations, Compliance and Digital Banking.
  • Generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
  • Own strategic account development.
  • Lead executive discovery meetings.
  • Develop account plans for key banking targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
  • Represent the company at banking conferences and industry events.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CRO and the rest of the executive team on strategic opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10-20+ years selling enterprise software into banks.
  • Existing executive relationships across:
    • Tier 1 Banks
    • Regional Banks
    • Community Banks
    • Credit Unions
    • Financial Institutions
  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, Lending, Risk, Core Banking or Enterprise Technology.
  • Track record of generating multi-million dollar enterprise pipeline.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
