About the Position
We are searching for a Project Manager to join our growing team in our Savannah, Ga office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture and possess 4+ years of experience in project management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. You will build strong client relationships to foster repeat business and assist with financial reporting, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a leadership role.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Landscape Architecture from an Accredited College or University
  • 4+ years of related experience in project management, or 8+ years of combined post-secondary education and experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and mentor project teams
  • Proven experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Ability to anticipate project challenges and adjust plans to stay on track
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/Microstation, MS Project, and other relevant software
  • Familiarity with accrual accounting principles and experience in revenue recognition and billing
