Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time position providing professional services work in the operation, maintenance, and repair of diesel and gas engines and auxiliary equipment on marine vessels. Work involves monitoring all operating propulsion machinery and electrical generating facilities on‑board vessels; and inspecting, adjusting, and maintaining machinery in accordance with established operational and safety standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be licensed with the USCG as a third assistant engineer or greater or possess a DDE4,000 HP endorsement
  • Must be in possession of a valid TWIC or be able to get one within 30 days
