We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Wethersfield, CT. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist Vice President and Engineering / Surveying staff. Manage office's mailing deliverables and supplies.

Scheduling, correspondence and coordination with clients. Data entry and review of spreadsheets to maintain current and accurate databases. Coordinate with other offices.

Make travel arrangements and coordinate meetings. Assist with proposal related administrative aspects.2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industries. Marketing experience a plus

Excellent communication, organizational and follow through skills. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills in MS office - including Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook.

Ability to handle confidential materials. Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industries. Marketing experience a plus.
