Job Summary
We are seeking a Heavy Machine Operator to join our team! As a Heavy Machine Operator, you will operate bread-slicing machines and prepares baked goods for packaging and display. The role involves maintaining product quality, following food safety standards, and supporting bakery operations. . Following all safety guidelines and job specifications to ensure products are completed both safely and on time. You will also perform and record regular maintenance for your equipment, report any defects or issues immediately, and keep equipment in good, clean working order. The ideal candidate has to works well in a team environment and maintains the highest safety standards. 

Responsibilities 
-Slice loaves of bread using commercial slicing equipment 
- Package and label bread products 
 - Inspect products for quality and freshness 
 - Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas 
 - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines 
 - Assist bakers and bakery staff as needed
