Job description

Staffing Inc is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support a manufacturing facility specializing in aluminum and steel exterior building products. This role involves operating various machines in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

This position requires strong physical capability, as you will be handling metal materials and working on your feet throughout the shift. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, can maintain a steady workflow, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

· Operate roll forming machines and brake press machines safely and efficiently

· Feed metal into machines and assist with setup for each coil/run

· Use standard hand and power tools as needed

· Work independently or on team production lines

· Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

· Count and package finished products accurately

· Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

· Maintain efficiency to meet or exceed production goals

· Collaborate with production teams and maintenance staff to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

· Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to stand for extended periods (8-hour shifts with scheduled breaks)

· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks including bending, stooping, and reaching

· Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

· Strong visual acuity for inspecting products and color matching
