It’s all fun and games until the bobbin runs out.
 
Put your foot pedal to the metal and operate industrial embroidery machines for a local manufacturer of corporate, career, and casual apparel. No sewing experience? Sew what. We’ll train you! Attention to detail, willingness to learn, dexterity, and a positive attitude are keys to success in this role. 
 
Let’s chat about the Embroidery Operator role if you:
  • Can (or are willing to learn how to) operate and maintain sewing machines
  • Work well with others as well as independently
  • Possess an excellent eye for detail 
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Are described by others as positive and helpful
  • Would rather be moving and on your feet rather than chained to a desk all day
  • Have prior CNC or industrial sewing experience (not required, but a plus!)
  • Have dependable transportation that gets you to work on time every day 
  • Have a HS diploma/GED
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Can pass a drug screen
  • Are felony and conviction-free
 
We offer Embroidery Operators:
  • Full-time work on 2nd & 3rd shift (2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am)
  • A pay rate of $17.50-$18/hour depending on shift
  • A 2nd shift training schedule 
  • $100 referral bonus when you refer a friend to work with WSI
