Come Join Our Team! Exciting Opportunity to Join a Large Manufacturing Team in the Automotive Industry!
MJ Morgan Group is searching for EXPERIENCED Electrical Technicians in Cleveland, Ohio & Nashville, Tennessee This position will engage in maintaining and troubleshooting all facilities electrical and automation equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot all electronic/electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot automation and instrumentation issues on facility equipment (PLC, AC Drives, HMI, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining operational status of all electronic/electrical equipment throughout the facility
• Responsible for defining and performing maintenance tasks of all electronic/electrical equipment
• Maintain positive posture in all safety programs and activities
• Participate and lead as required maintenance improvement activities (i.e, CIT, RCA and CAPEX)
• Evaluate new and replacement electronic/electrical hardware
• Accurately document work history in CMMS up to and including entering and closing out work orders
• Prepares facility maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Assist in training maintenance personnel of lower classification as required
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
