Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry Nights | Bay City, MI

What You'll Do

  • Administer medications, including IV therapies, and manage wound care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and treatment
  • Recognize early signs of deterioration and respond promptly to stabilize patients
  • Ensure documentation complies with healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

  • Valid Michigan RN license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year hospital experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work nights and adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
