Job description

Role and Responsibilities
Empire Management Group is seeking a creative, organized and detail oriented Digital Marketing & Communication Coordinator to support our websites, digital presence, educational marketing initiatives, publications, events and communication efforts.
This role is responsible for helping manage our online brand, creating engaging content, supporting board education initiatives, coordinating vendor and sponsor communications and assisting with the production of our magazine, podcast, events and marketing campaigns.
Digital & Website Management: Update and maintain company websites, publish website content, blogs and landing pages. Content should support SEO and online visibility efforts. Monitor website performance and user experience.
Content & Communications: Write and edit blogs, newsletters, emails, and educational materials. Support internal and external communications, maintain consistent branding across platforms, and assist with homeowner, board member, and community outreach initiatives.
Community by Empire Magazine: Coordinate article submissions and publication timelines, edit improve free content, assist with sponsor and advertiser coordination as well as support magazine distribution and promotion
Social Media & Digital Presence: Create and schedule social media content, assist with Google business profile updates, monitor engagement and brand promotion and grow empires online presence.
Educational & Marketing Events: Facilitate and attend events webinars and board education programs, Promotional materials and attendee communications. Assist with registration and follow up
Podcast & Multimedia: Assist with podcast promotion and guest coordination. Create promotional content for episodes and support video photography and multimedia projects
Vendor & Partner Communications: Coordinate communications with vendors, sponsors, advertisers and partners. Assist with sponsorship opportunities for events publications and podcasts. Manage advertising materials sponsorship assets and event deliverables. Build positive relationships with industry partners and vendors
Analytics & Reporting: track website, social media and campaign performance. Prepare basic marketing reports and recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements
1. Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to meticulously review publications for spelling and grammatical errors
2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to effectively interact with team members, clients, and external parties.
3. Creative Skills: Ability to create content and digital marketing materials
4. Self-Starter: Able to work independently and have strong problem-solving skills.
5. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
6. Experience: Wordpress, Canva, Basic SEO knowledge, E-mail marketing, podcast, video or social media experience. Experience with HOA, real estate, property management or community association management
7. Strong personal skills: confident and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; also confident with public speaking and networking
8. Sales: Present tiered options for vendors to participate in company events and advertising opportunities

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• 2 years of relevant office experience.
• Must pass a background check
• Valid Florida drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must reside within the Central Florida (Orlando area)
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida for prospect meetings, events, and industry functions (some evening or weekend work may be required)
• High integrity, self-motivated, and thrives under autonomy.
Work Conditions
Office & On-Site Work: Hybrid Schedule including 3 office days a week and 2 remote work days
Regional Travel: Frequently drives between multiple offices, communities, and event locations
Moderate Activity: Walking, standing and occasional lifting.
Indoor & Outdoor Conditions: Events may take place in various weather conditions
Salary Description
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
