About the Role

McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior eCommerce Commercial Manager to join our Consumer Markets team. This highly visible role combines commercial strategy, analytics, and business operations to drive growth and performance across our private label product portfolio.

In this role, you will leverage consumer, category, marketplace, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize product performance, and execute strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate brings experience in eCommerce, retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries, along with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Pricing, Channel Management, Operations, and Marketplace Partnerships to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term portfolio success.

What You'll Do

Drive Product Portfolio Growth and Performance

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for McKesson's private label product portfolio.
  • Partner with Marketing, Pricing, Channel Management, Operations, and Marketplace Partnerships teams to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and profitability.
  • Analyze category, consumer, marketplace, and sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Provide recommendations related to assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotions, inventory considerations, and portfolio investments.
  • Support product launches and ongoing product lifecycle management activities across Amazon and other eCommerce channels.
  • Monitor revenue forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and competitive activity to assess business performance and identify risks and opportunities.

Lead Business Performance Insights and Analytics

  • Leads portfolio performance analysis and reporting.
  • Transform complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and business reviews that communicate performance trends and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics teams to improve reporting capabilities, measurement frameworks, and performance visibility.

Basic Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, eCommerce, category management, brand management, sales analytics, business analytics, market insights, or related business functions.
  • Experience analyzing business performance data and translating insights into recommendations and action plans.
  • Experience working with syndicated, retailer, marketplace, digital shelf, or retail media data sources.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce, online marketplace, retail, consumer products, or related business environments.
  • Experience developing presentations, business reviews, and performance reporting for business stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • MBA or advanced business degree.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or manufacturing environments, including Amazon.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Stackline, Circana (IRI), Nielsen, 84.51, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing commercial strategies and growth plans for product portfolios.
  • Experience building performance measurement frameworks
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Travel / In-Office / Physical Requirements

  • Travel may be required for internal meetings, planning sessions, customer engagements, and business needs.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and participate in virtual and in-person meetings.

$103,500 - $172,500
