We are seeking an experienced CPQ Solution Architect with deep expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platforms and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating multiple CPQ solutions, defining CPQ strategy, and recommending the most suitable platform based on a client's business processes, technology landscape, integration requirements, and long-term digital roadmap.This role requires a strong blend of business consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on CPQ knowledge across leading platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, Conga CPQ, Epicor CPQ, Logik.io, DealHub, PROS, Tacton, and Experlogix.Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to understand sales processes, product configuration complexity, pricing models, and quoting requirements. Assess the client's current technology landscape, including CRM, ERP, eCommerce, PLM, PIM, CAD, pricing engines, and integration architecture. Conduct comparative evaluations of leading CPQ platforms and recommend the best-fit solution based on: Functional capabilities Scalability Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Licensing model Implementation complexity Time-to-value Integration capabilities AI and automation features Industry fit Create decision matrices, comparison reports, and executive recommendations outlining the pros and cons of various CPQ solutions. Design end-to-end CPQ solution architecture aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Define product configuration, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, quote generation, and contract management strategies. Lead CPQ discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders. Develop implementation roadmaps, migration strategies, and phased rollout plans. Collaborate with CRM, ERP, Commerce, and Integration teams to ensure seamless solution design. Provide architecture governance throughout implementation and support teams during delivery. Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Stay current with CPQ market trends, AI-driven quoting, digital sales innovations, and emerging technologies.
