Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications - CNA Program
• Possession of a current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Must meet California Department of Public Health (CDPH) requirements for approval as a Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP) Director and Instructor
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
• At least one (1) year of experience providing care to elderly or chronically ill patients in a long-term care setting (e.g., skilled nursing facility, home health, or hospice)
• Completion of at least 24 hours of continuing education in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs or one (1) year of experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programs
• Must obtain and maintain CDPH approval as a NATP Program Director in accordance with regulatory requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Recommended)
• Prior experience serving as a CNA/DSD Instructor or Program Director
• Experience with Title 22 regulations and NATP compliance
• Demonstrated experience in program oversight, curriculum implementation, and clinical coordination
• Experience working with accreditation or regulatory agencies
