Their role often involves customer service, handling reservations, and resolving any issues that arise with boaters. Assistant Dockmasters play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at waterfront properties.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an assistant dockmaster?

To thrive as an Assistant Dockmaster, you need knowledge of marina operations, boating safety, and vessel handling, often supported by experience in marine environments and relevant certifications like CPR/First Aid or a boating license.
