Job description

Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, but requires flexibility in start and end times as well as some weekend work.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Training Supervisor supports the onboarding and training and development process of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center to perform multiple functions, ensuring SOPs are rolled out and training is completed according to plan

  • Develops and maintains documentation training records to track training compliance, facilitating new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings to prepare and educate the team members on new processes

  • Supports leaders in sustaining a positive work culture by actively contributing to and influencing other team members to maintain a safe, clean work environment

  • Coordinates the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for conducting training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
