Job description

The Director of First Impressions & Marketing is the welcoming face of Keller Williams Realty Integrity Lakes. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every agent, client, vendor, and guest who walks through our doors while supporting the Market Center's marketing, branding, and social media efforts.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, proactive, and creative. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy serving others, and have an eye for creating engaging content that showcases our agents, culture, and community.

This position is front desk first, marketing second. Success means delivering world-class hospitality while helping elevate the visibility of our office and agents through consistent marketing support.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:Front Desk & Office Experience (Primary Responsibility)

●     Create an exceptional first impression for every visitor, agent, and client

●     Greet guests warmly and professionally

●     Answer and direct incoming phone calls

●     Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk inquiries

●     Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

●     Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

●     Schedule conference rooms and appointments

●     Assist with office communication and announcements

●     Support leadership with administrative projects

●     Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures

●     Help prepare the office for meetings, classes, and events

●     Conduct care calls and event reminder calls

●     Assist with data entry, reports, and office systems


Marketing & Social Media

●     Manage the Market Center's social media channels

●     Capture photos and videos during trainings, events, celebrations, and recruiting activities

●     Create and schedule engaging social media content

●     Design graphics using Canva or similar software

●     Assist with email marketing campaigns

●     Promote classes, workshops, and office events

●     Help maintain marketing calendars and content schedules

●     Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements


Agent Marketing Support

●     Assist agents with listing marketing materials

●     Create flyers, brochures, social graphics, and promotional pieces

●     Help agents develop personal branding materials

●     Assist with video recording and basic editing

●     Maintain marketing templates and branding resources

●     Enter listings into the MLS as needed

●     Support recruiting campaigns and special marketing initiatives


Qualifications:Required

●     2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or marketing

●     Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

●     Strong organizational and time management abilities

●     Professional appearance and positive attitude

●     Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

●     Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

●     Comfortable learning new technology

●     Service-oriented with a passion for helping others

●     Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently


Preferred

●     Experience with Canva

●     Social media management experience
