Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lease file auditing
  • Lease enforcement and audits
  • Lease Renewals
  • Leasing when necessary
  • Resident complaint handling
  • Monthly reporting
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Assistant Property Manager Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years property management experience at a 300+ unit apartment community required
