- Community Engagement โ Help create meaningful connections and experiences.
- Daily Living Support โ Assist with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational activities.
About the PositionLocation: Bethlehem, PA
SCHEDULE:
Saturday: 4PM - 11PM
Sunday: 4PM - 11PM
Monday 4PM - 11PM
Tuesday: 4PM -11PM
Wednesday: 4PM - 11PM
Thursday: 4PM - 11PM
Friday: 3PM - 11PM
Who Youโll SupportA kind and outgoing woman who enjoys shopping, walking, crafts, exercise, and community outings.
What Youโll Do- facilitate activities in her home and community
- engage in proactive solutions to help support her independence
- Provide personal care support
What Weโre Looking For- someone who is upbeat, mature, kind, patient, and focused
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Willingness to assist with personal care tasks
- someone who has experience providing dementia support

REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- access to a registered, insured, and inspected vehicle for use during work hours
