  • Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operations of the nursing department.
  • Help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Previous nursing leadership experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, or similar leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and long-term care standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams while maintaining high clinical standards.
