We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. In this leadership role, Assistant Director of Nursing will play a vital part in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents.

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing, ensuring seamless communication and efficient daily operations

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as physicians and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless referrals and transitions
