Sommaire 

Relevant du Directeur des opérations, le Directeur de projets – Pavage planifie, supervise, coordonne et organise l’ensemble des opérations du secteur d’activité pavage de la région. Il ou elle assume également la gestion opérationnelle des travaux de pavage, planage et de pulvérisation pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets en termes de qualité, de quantité, de délais et de coûts.

 Plus spécifiquement, ses fonctions sont les suivantes :

 

- Identifier les besoins, les objectifs, les enjeux, les priorités, les ressources requises et l’échéancier global ;

- Réaliser des évaluations de coût en collaboration avec l’équipe et les fournisseurs ;

- Collaborer au développement des marchés régionaux ;

- Participer à la négociation avec les sous-traitants et les fournisseurs dans certains contrats ;

- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de son équipe de projets et des relations avec les collaborateurs internes et externes ;

- Et toutes autres tâches rattachées à l’emploi.

Votre profil

- Être titulaire d’un baccalauréat en génie civil (atout) ;

- Être membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (atout) ;

- Détenir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;

- Posséder des compétences en préparation de soumission ;

- Maîtriser les logiciels Autocad, MS Project, Projest (atout) ;

- Aptitudes en négociation et en gestion de conflits ;

- Être autonome et avoir un bon esprit d'équipe ;

- Excellentes habiletés de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit ;

- Avoir un permis de conduire valide
