MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or front office preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience required.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety/security procedures.
