The Assistant/AssociateDirector, Athletics Annual Giving reports to the Director Athletics AnnualGiving & Operations/Assistant Athletics Director. This role is responsiblefor increasing annual gifts from undergraduate alumni, parents, and friendscapable of gifts greater than 1,000 and up to24,999 to Boston College through personal outreach, with the goal ofincreasing annual, unrestricted, current-use cash. The Assistant Directormanages a portfolio of prospective donors and premium seat holders and isexpected to meet specific goals for contacts and completed solicitations.Additionally, the Assistant/Associate Director will help lead donor benefitfulfillment, including but not limited to premium seating, parking, andtickets, as well as database management and general support for inquiries madethrough the main line and team channels.  The Assistant/Associate Director will work with the Assistant Athletics Director to develop and support acomprehensive strategy in alignment with Athletics Development team goals,including annual giving, development operations, and other duties as assigned.This position includes significant weekends and evening responsibilities. Localand regional travel will be determined by the portfolio and goals set by teamleadership.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Thesalary range for this position is listed according to the levels listed below,with the final salary based on various factors, including the candidate'squalifications, skills, competencies, experience, and internal equityconsiderations.

Associate Director: 3 - 4 years of experience 74,450 - 93,050
Associate Director: 2 - 3 years of experience 67,350- 84,200
Assistant Director: 1- 2 years of experience 61,050 - 76, 300
