What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the restoration and construction industries
  • Represent Thomasville Restoration at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
  • Deliver presentations that promote Thomasville's services and value proposition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leads are properly followed up and converted into projects
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM software
  • Track performance metrics and report weekly progress to leadership
  • Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activity and client needs
  • Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Follow up with clients post-project to maintain long-term partnerships
