What you get to do:

  • Ensure a safe environment for all ambassadors, guests, and animals
  • Development of ambassadors by providing training, feedback and coaching
  • Maintain a secure, accurate and timely flow of goods and merchandise between the warehouse, internal support staff and external clientele for the parks
  • Receive, check-in, price mark (if applicable), store and transport resale merchandise and supplies used by the parks
  • Record and dispose of non-salable merchandise
  • Maintain accurate temperature logs
  • Provide front-line leadership support in the following areas: policies and procedures, personnel, security and safety of all warehouse and receiving locations
  • Recommend changes (improvements) in policies and procedures relating to assigned area of responsibility
  • Take accurate and timely stock counts as needed to maintain a balanced flow of goods
  • Make a continuing and diligent effort to minimize the loss of company property and/or merchandise due to internal or external damage or theft
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of warehouse, to include extensive detail cleaning
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What it takes to succeed:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid state driver's license and be able to obtain a company driver's license
  • A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to obtain SeaWorld forklift certification and Class D driver's license
  • Comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
  • Able to complete and pass provided CPR training/certification
  • Contingent in the successful completion of the ServSafe Food Manager certification test
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
  • Able to climb a ladder to heights up to 12 feet
  • Able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to push/pull 300 pounds with assistance
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. be able to work opening and closing shifts
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Previous Warehouse experience preferred
  • Possession or pursuit of a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP applications preferred
