Position Overview

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to Jupiter Supper Club's culinary standards. This position plays a vital role in delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience by maintaining station readiness, executing dishes efficiently during service, and supporting overall kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Service Execution

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.

Maintain assigned station throughout service, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and readiness.

Execute tickets accurately and efficiently during high-volume service.

Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Follow proper portioning, plating, and timing standards.

Prep & Production

Complete daily prep lists accurately and efficiently.

Properly label, date, rotate, and store all products.

Maintain appropriate pars and notify leadership of low inventory items.

Assist with banquet, special event, and seasonal menu preparations as needed.
