Familiarity with video analysis software, playbook design tools, and performance tracking systems is often required. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking are crucial soft skills for motivating players and collaborating with coaching staff. These abilities ensure effective game planning, player improvement, and contribute to overall team success.
