Job description

We are seeking an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team. You will be responsible for handling complex cases, from initial investigation through trial, for clients facing criminal charges across Arizona.

Our Criminal Defense firm represents individuals across Arizona, handling a wide range of felony and misdemeanor criminal cases. Based in Maricopa County, we are dedicated to protecting the rights of our clients in various jurisdictions statewide, providing skilled and strategic representation at every stage of the criminal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in felony and misdemeanor criminal cases
  • Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, ensuring they understand the legal process and their rights.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting cases effectively in pre-trial, trial, and post-conviction stages.
  • Travel to various jurisdictions within Arizona to represent clients as required.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience as an attorney
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
