About the Team

The Pricing Strategy team is responsible for defining and evolving product and solution-level pricing frameworks across FIS's portfolio, with a focus on Banking, Payments, and Wealth solutions. The team operates upstream of deal execution, partnering closely with product, commercial, and finance leaders to ensure pricing is scalable, consistent, and aligned to value. This team plays a critical role in simplifying pricing structures and driving monetization strategy, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize how FIS prices and packages its offerings.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute product and solution-level pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and margin expansion

  • Define pricing models, packaging, and rate card structures that are scalable and repeatable across clients and markets

  • Partner with product teams to embed pricing into the product lifecycle, including new product launches and enhancements

  • Support pricing simplification efforts, reducing complexity and improving commercial consistency across offerings

  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to understand industry pricing trends and positioning

  • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are actionable and adopted in market

  • Evaluate pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial strategy, or financial analysis

  • Experience in Payments, FinTech, or adjacent financial services strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with payments concepts such as processing, interchange, fraud, network pricing, APIs, or value-added services is highly valued

  • Demonstrated experience supporting pricing strategy, monetization, or go-to-market strategy (ideally for products or platforms)

  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy concepts, including value-based pricing, pricing structures, and competitive positioning

  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear strategic insights

  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional, product-driven environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment

  • Experience within Payments, FinTech, Banking, Wealth Management, or broader financial services industries.

The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
