Job Summary:
DriveSavers Data Recovery is a company focused on data recovery services, and they are seeking a Data Recovery Technician to enhance the customer experience. The role involves diagnosing customer hard drives, managing data on servers, and performing various tasks related to the data recovery process.
Responsibilities:
• initial diagnosis of customer hard drives
• moving jobs to other groups
• backing up data
• managing data on servers
• other jobs related to the data recovery process
Qualifications:
Required:
• Associate/Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
• A dedicated individual that can reliably come to work daily
• Strong attention to detail
• Competency with computers
• Willingness to learn, and a desire to acquire new skills
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Typing skills of at least 25+ words per minute
