What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of AI, machine learning, and data solution initiatives across the organization.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support practical AI/ML solutions, including prototypes, pilots, and production-ready applications that deliver business value.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define use cases, document requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solution plans.
  • Monitor solution performance, adoption, and business impact, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, data teams, application teams, security, and global partners to align solutions with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of enterprise AI and data practices, including standards, guardrails, responsible AI practices, documentation, and lifecycle management.
  • Promote adoption of approved AI and data platforms through training support, use-case development, stakeholder communication, and practical user guidance.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, architectures, and integration approaches that align with business requirements and enterprise standards.
  • Support organizational AI, data solution roadmaps, implement plans and delivery timelines in partnership with IT leadership and Business Team leadership.

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud data platforms, or related technical roles.
  • Experience developing and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions using Python and related frameworks or tools.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, and SQL, to support analytics and AI/ML workloads.Experience designing or supporting data and AI/ML workloads in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure).
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical projects from requirements through implementation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, solution designs, implementation plans, and adoption approaches.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
