Job description

What you will have as an Advanced Data Analytics Manager
  • Problem solving skills: Ability to formulate a framework and roadmap to solve through complex and ambiguous business/product problems in partnership with various data functions
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics methods: Hands on expertise in data profiling, modeling to deliver a deep understanding of outcome drivers and curated insights/recommendations for next steps
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources. The ability to understand data, process it, extract value from it, visualize it and communicate insights to audiences of various backgrounds, including senior management.
  • Ability to seamlessly translate business and technical dimensions: Coach and mentor analysts to identify business opportunities and breakdown complex business problems into analytics workstreams. Ensure that all work deliverables lead to enhanced enterprise and client outcomes.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate the analytics perspective to technical and non-technical senior leadership. Deliver clear and concise presentations to showcase the value of analytics in solving through complex CX challenges.
  • Expert stakeholder management skills - actively build and deliver the analytics roadmap, OKRs. Experience in collaborating through a matrixed organization for delivery
  • Foresight and Planning skillset: Ability to recognize ongoing and repetitive needs that can be operationalized to free up analytics bandwidth for higher value work. Pre-empt requests and plan roadmap for various deliverables and roadshows.

  • Adobe data tagging/capture knowledge

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience in Analytics and Data Science
  • Experience working in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
  • Experience through progressive growth from hand-on analytics to people leadership
  • Minimum of 3 years experience building and presenting executive level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
