Job Description

The Staff Analyst will support the Production Engineering Simplified Work Instructions team by providing analytical, organizational, and project management support for production engineering initiatives. This role works closely with business partners and cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions, improve processes, and support operational goals in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Production Engineering Simplified Work Instructions initiative

  • Collect, analyze, and present data from multiple sources to support operational and engineering decisions

  • Facilitate meetings and present information to stakeholders, senior leadership, and executives

  • Develop and support plans for organizational goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to improve processes and workflows

  • Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Provide analytical and reporting support for production engineering programs

  • Assist with process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, presentations, and data analysis

  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources

  • 3+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to various audiences, including senior management and executives

  • 3+ years of experience developing plans for organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
